James Moir
Adjunct Professor, Trial Advocacy
James H. Moir is a member of the Concord law firm of Moir & Rabinowitz, PLLC. His focus is on criminal defense in both State and Federal Court.
From 1984 until 1994, Mr. Moir worked in the homicide unit of the New Hampshire Public Defender Program. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New Hampshire and the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
He received a BA from Macalester College in 1976 and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984.
