Shelley M. Randall

Adjunct Professor, Children & the Law

Shelley M. Randall is a staff attorney for New Hampshire’s Division for Children, Youth and Families. She litigates abuse and neglect cases, handles termination of parental rights cases, and mediates adoptions, working with social workers, psychologists, school personnel, and law enforcement.

Prior to her role with the state, she operated her own law firm in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, focusing on juvenile law and general practice. She also has served in several posts as a child and community advocate, including with the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts.

Randall earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her juris doctor from the New England School of Law.
