Professor Temple brings 26 years of trial experience to the position. He has practiced in the New Hampshire District Courts, Superior Courts, and Supreme Court. He has also appeared in the New Hampshire Federal District Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Temple, who graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 1985, served as an adjunct professor in the school's Civil Practice Clinic from 1994-2000. He practiced at Upshall, Cooper and Temple for 18 years.
Temple is a certified domestic relations neutral evaluator and a Rule 170 civil mediator for New Hampshire Superior Courts. He is Chairman of the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board. Professor Temple is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Merrimack County Bar Association, the New Hampshire Committee on the Judiciary and the Media, the Centennial Senior Center, and the Concord Country Club.
