IP Law Meet

This transactional lawyering competition challenges competitors to draft a term sheet for an intellectual property-focused deal, draft a mark-up of the opposing party's term sheet, and negotiate with other teams at a meet. The competition problem is typically released in early September, term sheets and term sheet mark-ups are typically due in October, and the East Coast meet will be held in early November, followed by a national meet for advancing teams.
