Reception for James E. Duggan
On April 11, we will honor James E. Duggan, former Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, with the publication of a special issue of the UNH Law Review. Ethics From Every Angle Conference
The "Ethics From Every Angle" conference will examine three legal ethics topics from three distinct scholarly approaches to the study of legal ethics: an empirical focus, a normative approach, and a regulatory and disciplinary perspective.
