Goldberg at Harvard is co-author of Open Book, a leading guide for students on mastering law school exams.
He teaches torts and political philosophy at Harvard Law School, where he serves as the Eli Goldston Professor of Law. Professor Goldberg has also taught at Vanderbilt Law School, practiced law in Boston, and clerked for the United States Supreme Court.
