Multimedia - Classrooms & Courtroom
UNH Law has 13 classrooms, one boardroom, and a courtroom with audio video technology installed. Read below for their features:
Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property
Room 282
Touch control panel to control A/V technology. It is equipped with a dual high definition projectors (one 720p and one 1080p), dual projection screens, sound system, presenter microphone, Blu-Ray Player (capable of playing DVDs), and a computer with keyboard and mouse. There are also inputs for the projection system for VGA, DVI, HDMI, RCA audio and video, and 1/8" audio only (headphone style cable). This room is designed to be used with the Newtek Tricaster for recording and live web streaming of events, please contact A. J. Room 274
Touch control panel to control A/V technology. It is equipped with a high definition projector, projection screen, sound system, Blu-Ray Player (capable of playing DVDs), and a computer with keyboard and mouse. There are also inputs for the projection system for VGA, DVI, HDMI, RCA audio and video, and 1/8" audio only (headphone style cable). This room has an integrated, high definition video conferencing system with one camera (capable of being moved to either the front or back of the room) that can also record the conference. Room 175
Touch control panel to control A/V technology. It is equipped with a 70" LCD monitor, sound system, Blu-Ray Player (capable of playing DVDs), and a computer with keyboard and mouse. There are also inputs for the projection system for VGA, DVI, HDMI, RCA audio and video, and 1/8" audio only (headphone style cable). The room also has an integrated phone system and microphones for conference calls. If more than one party is needed on the line, an outside service is required.
UNH Law Main Facility
Rich Room, Room 205, 200, 229
These rooms have touch panels to control the A/V technology. All rooms are equipped with a projector, projection screen, sound system, DVD/VHS Player, and a computer with wireless keyboard/mouse/presentation remote. There are also inputs for the projection system for VGA (for laptops), RCA audio and video, and 1/8" audio only (headphone style cable).
The Rich Room, due to its larger size, is also equipped with four video monitors that show the same image as the projector, and a microphone for the presenter.
Room 205 is equipped with an installed phone system, enabling you to call outside phone numbers. There is a microphone at the podium for the professor to talk to the room and to the audience, as well as microphones, that activate when you press them, for the audience to talk to the person over the phone.
Rooms 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 227
These rooms use push button controlled Crestron panels. All rooms are equipped with a projector, projection screen, sound system, DVD/VHS Player, and a computer with wireless keyboard/mouse/presentation remote. There are also inputs for the projection system for VGA (for laptops), RCA audio and video, and 1/8" audio only (headphone style cable).
Boardroom
This room has a built in projection screen with a cart containing a projector and a laptop. In addition, when requested at least 24 hours in advance at adam.kierstead@law.unh.edu, the room can be equipped for a Polycom conference phone. It can be called at (603) 225-9799 or you can dial outside numbers with it. This phone will only work in the Boardroom.
Courtroom
The courtroom is fully enabled to use FTR Reporter, an industry standard in courtroom recording. All stations of the courtroom have microphones, there is one camera that switches from a wide shot of the courtroom and a close up of the podium, and an ELMO document camera to show documents and objects through two monitors in front of the jury and through computers over the network.
