UNH Law’s Class of 2013 Honored at Commencement
On Saturday, May 18, 2013, 146 students received degrees from the University of New Hampshire School of Law during the school’s 38th commencement. The students, who came from 30 states and 9 countries, received a mixture of both traditional juris doctor and graduate degrees. Graduating Daniel Webster Scholars Bypass Traditional Exam, Sworn in to NH Bar

Student Wins Innovation-to-Market Competition
A University of New Hampshire School of Law student with a biomedical engineering background who invented a clip to stop brain aneurysms has won this year’s UNH Paul J. Holloway Prize Innovation-to-Market competition, which includes a grand prize of $25,000 in celebration of the competition’s 25th anniversary. Hosted by UNH's Peter T. Legal Writing Program Gives First-Year Students Real-World Experience
UNH Law’s Legal Skills Program is challenging first-year students to solve real legal problems for New Hampshire organizations. Students in this year’s Legal Writing and Analysis II class are the first to participate in the new program, which brings together the students and a local nonprofit with an access-to-justice issue that it has neither the time nor resources to solve. UNH Law’s 2012-13 appellate moot court teams will compete in six national competitions this season, including two that will take place this weekend.
