UNH Law to Host, Compete In National Trial Competition Regionals
The University of New Hampshire School of Law will host the 2013 Northeast Regionals of the National Trial Competition Jan. 31-Feb. 3. The competition, in its 38th year, provides students of ABA-accredited law schools the opportunity to showcase their trial advocacy skills in a competitive setting. The National Trial Competition is one of the nation’s premier trial advocacy competitions for law students, and it is indeed an honor that UNH Law will host the competition’s Region 1 Championship. UNH School of Law Moves To Fully Integrate With University of New Hampshire
The University of New Hampshire School of Law Board of Trustees voted on Thursday, Jan. 24, to fully integrate the law school with the University of New Hampshire. The University System of New Hampshire Board of Trustees will take up the question at its next scheduled meeting, on Friday, Feb. 1. UNH Law’s Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property Welcomes First Executive Director
The Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property at the University of New Hampshire School of Law will welcome Alexandra J. Roberts as its first executive director this spring. Noted sports law expert Michael McCann will join the University of New Hampshire School of Law this fall to launch a new Sports and Entertainment Law Institute.
