Merit Scholarships
- three–year scholarships awarded at the time of acceptance by the Admissions Committee
- Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.2 to be renewed at full amount of award
Diversity Scholarships
- three–year scholarships awarded at the time of acceptance by the Admissions Committee
- awarded to applicants who are members of groups under–represented in the legal profession
- established to honor alumni and friends of the University of New Hampshire School of Law community
- available to entering and returning students
- awarded by Scholarship Committee
- specific criteria for each scholarship

- need based grants that do not need to be paid back
- offered to both entering and currently enrolled students
- student must complete the financial aid process
- New Hampshire Domicile Discount: UNH School of Law awards a $4,000 tuition discount to JD students who are domiciled in New Hampshire. This Certificate of New Hampshire Domicile must be completed.
