UNH Law has a long-standing global reputation for teaching legal professionals in an academically rigorous, supportive and collaborative learning environment. Traditionally, these opportunities were only available to those able to travel to New Hampshire for an extended period. Now, our International Criminal Law & Justice degrees are available online, and our IP degrees in Patent Law are available both online and in a limited residency format.
Intellectual Property (IP)
UNH Law's world-renowned program in Intellectual Property has produced a global network of alumni who are leaders in IP law, business, technology and government. Taught by one of the largest full-time IP faculty in the United States, the UNH Law IP program provides students with an in-depth advanced course of study in IP.
Today, the same innovative curriculum is now offered in three formats for students interested in either the Master's or LLM degree, with a focus on Patent Law: fully online, through a traditional residency on our Concord, NH campus, or via a limited residency option, which combines online courses with a shorter stay in New Hampshire.
International Criminal Law and Justice (ICLJ)
UNH Law’s International Criminal Law & Justice (ICLJ) program provides domestic and international professionals and students a specialization in international criminal law, preparing them for careers in areas such as counter-terrorism, piracy, and human trafficking. In order to expand the availability of the program, all courses will be only offered online.
The ICLJ program is ideal for practicing lawyers, professionals, students and scholars in diplomatic, criminal justice, military and law enforcement communities around the world.
