Griffin Finan

Griffin Finan has served as Counsel and Head of Government Affairs for DraftKings since 2015. For DraftKings, he oversees all state and federal lobbying activity and works on regulatory and licensing issues on fantasy sports, sports wagering and iGaming. He has been intimately involved in all of the company’s lobbying work across the country that has contributed to the passage of over fifteen fantasy sports laws in the country. Prior to DraftKings, Griffin worked at a boutique gaming law in Washington, D.C. where he advised gaming companies on a wide range of matters. Griffin also serves on the Board of Directors for the Fantasy Sports Trade Association. 

Griffin holds a B.A. in Political Science from Bates College and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
