Kristina M. Grasso is a registered patent attorney with a background in biotechnology. In addition, she also has experience with design and mechanical patents. She is well versed in trademark and copyright law. Kristina has been working in the intellectual property field for over 24 years and has been a practicing attorney for over 15 years. She has been a sole practitioner for the past 10 years. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) in Concord, New Hampshire, where she teaches the online version Patent Practice & Procedure I course. She holds B.S., M.S. and J.D degrees. Kristina also served as the IP Staff Training Manager for WilmerHale in Boston, Massachusetts where she developed training curricula and programs in patent prosecution for patent administrators, paralegals and secretaries.
