Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition/Brooklyn Law

The Dean Jerome Prince Evidence competition is an annual competition hosted by Brooklyn Law School. Participants write an appellate brief and then present an oral argument on an evidentiary issue in a contemporary context. The 2011 topic concerned Federal Rule of Evidence 702 as well as the 6th Amendment's Confrontation Clause. The 2012 competition will be held from March 29-31 at Brooklyn Law School.
