She brings deep expertise in

  • The analysis of damages related to commercial disputes and intellectual property infringement matters
  • Fraud investigations
  • Forensic accounting issues
  • Assessment of license and contract compliance

Booth has worked with clients across a wide range of industries and geographic regions. She assists owners of intellectual property to protect and maximize the benefits of licensing, and works with clients to assess the risk of IP and revenue leakage in IP portfolios.

Our learned speaker shall review:

  • Provide examples of how those provisions may be misinterpreted or misapplied by licensees
  • Review language that minimizes ambiguities
  • Specific examples of non-compliance
  • Best practices to mitigate risk of licensee non-compliance

Students and faculty members may feel free to chat with Ms. Booth after the talk.

We hope you will be able to join us!
