Rebeka Fortess

Adjunct Professor, Appellate Advocacy

Rebeka Fortess is currently a law clerk at the New Hampshire Supreme Court in the chambers of Justice Carol Ann Conboy.

Professor Fortess clerked for two years with the New Hampshire Superior Court (Grafton and Rockingham counties), one year with the Maine Superior Court (Kennebec county), and is currently in her third (non-consecutive) year clerking with the New Hampshire Supreme Court. 

Before becoming a traveling law clerk, Professor Fortess focused on Dispute Resolution.  She was one of the first EC-US ADR Scholars, spending a semester of her 2L year studying dispute resolution in Paris, France.

She earned her B.A. summa cum laude in English (with Honors), French, and Psychology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in Manhattan.
