Adjunct Professor, Dispute Resolution
Melinda Gehris is a founder of Hess Gehris Solutions in New Hampshire. She focuses her practice on dispute resolution, including mediation, facilitation, training and coaching.
Melinda has been mediating since 1994 and regularly mediates for private parties. She also mediates for the New Hampshire Probate and Superior Courts, the New Hampshire Federal District Court, the EEOC and the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission.
Melinda designs and leads training on dispute resolution, basic and advanced mediation skills, ethics, and other conflict resolution topics. Melinda also coaches and consults with businesses and individuals on conflict management and dispute resolution. Melinda has also taught in the Champlain College Masters in Mediation Program.
