Russell F. Hilliard

Russell F. Hilliard is an attorney with Upton & Hatfield, LLP in Portsmouth, where he focuses his practice in litigation, commercial and insurance law, and professional ethics.

Russ earned his B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1973, his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1976, and his L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1985.

He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Bar Association. Russ has participated on numerous CLE panels on trial practice, insurance issues, legislative developments and professional ethics. Russ is a past president of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
