Reed’s practice focuses on the trial and appeal of complex patent litigations for technology leaders including Bausch & Lomb, Bristol Myers Squibb, Canon, DuPont, Emory University, Genzyme, IBM, Merck, Mitsui, Novartis, Pfizer, Quebec Metal Powders, Regeneron, sanofi-aventis, UCB Pharma and Union Carbide.
Reed has extensive trial experience and has served as lead trial counsel in cases involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemicals and electronic and computer technologies.
