Kramer is the founder of Kramer & Amado, P.C. and manages the electrical engineering/business method group. Kramer specializes in the preparation and filing of patent applications in the computer and electronic arts as well as assisting clients with clearance, validity and infringement studies and opinions. Kramer is active in mapping out patent strategies in order to maximize Intellectual Property value.

Kramer graduated from West Virginia University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He then graduated from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Kramer also attended Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire and completed the curriculum in intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, licensing, unfair competition and antitrust.

Kramer is a member of the Ohio and District of Columbia Bar Associations, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
