Mary Sheffer

Director of Alumni Affairs

Mary is an active member of the New Hampshire and Maine bars and the National Association for Law Placement (NALP). She has made presentations at several of the NALP annual conferences which are attended by legal recruitment professionals and law school career development professionals. She is co-author of the book The Lawyer as Supervisor, Manager and Motivator.

In her tenure at UNH School of Law, she has been the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, and the Externship Director. Before coming to UNH School of Law, she practiced in Portsmouth, NH, and before attending law school she was a human resources director.
