Graduate Programs Contracts

In its simplest form, contract law deals with the world of legally enforceable agreements. The goal of this course is to introduce students to U.S. contract law, focusing primarily on the common law's approach to contract law. While U.C.C. Article II (sale of goods) is an important component of contract law and will be mentioned, it will not be a focus of the course.
