SOPA, PIPA & Deputizing Intermediaries to Enforce IP Rights

The University of New Hampshire School of Law's Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property presents the second in a series of talks by technical, policy and legal experts on two controversial bills pending before Congress relating to intellectual property enforcement: the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and the Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity & Theft of IP Act (PROTECT-IP Act or PIPA).
