UNH Law Names New Vice President Of Finance And Administration

Yvonne Berry has been named the vice president of finance and administration at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Berry, who has more than 24 years of experience in higher education financial management, will start her position Sept. 6.

She has been at Rollins College, in Winter Park, FL, since 1998, and she currently serves as the director of advancement services. Prior to this, she served Rollins as assistant treasurer/director of budgets and investments and as associate director of finance. She also held the posts of assistant university budget director and director of accounting at Florida State University.

“I am honored to have been selected as UNH Law’s new VP and CFO,” Berry said. “During my visit, I found a community that embraces the school’s mission and values and is passionate about its unique assets among law schools. I look forward to joining the leadership team and in helping to shape the future of this distinct and special place.”

Berry holds a BA in accounting from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, and she is a licensed CPA. She has also completed leadership training at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) Executive Management and Leadership Institute.

Dean John Broderick called her a perfect fit for the position. “Yvonne Berry has considerable experience with managing not only the financial responsibilities, but also the important relationships that are necessary to a school’s financial health. I know she will be a great addition to our staff,” he said.
