Parking Permits

UNH Law allows students, faculty and staff to park in designated school owned lots between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 12 a.m., providing they have a valid parking permit.

Parking permits are $25 per year and are issued by the Registrar’s Office at the beginning of each academic year. All vehicles issued parking permits must have a current registration and valid inspection sticker, if applicable.

One hang tag permit will be issued per person. The hang tag permit must be displayed in the vehicle parked in the lot. You may move the tag from vehicle to vehicle if you own more than one. Vehicles parked in UNH Law lots without a valid parking permit will be towed, without notice, at the owners expense.

Your permit allows you to park in designated lots without the risk of towing, but it is not a guarantee that a space will be available to you at all times.

The permit is valid through August 31, 2013. The charge for a new or replacement permit is $25, regardless of the date of issue. The permit fee is non-refundable.

Application Deadline

Parking permit applications are accepted on a rolling basis. However, if you do not have a permit, do not park in any of the school owned lots or you will be subject to towing. Applications and payment are submitted to the Business Office. Permits will be delivered via mail folders once payment has been received.

Payment

The Business Office will accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Payment must be submitted with a completed Parking Permit Application.

On Street Parking and Restricted Areas

Parking permits are not required for on street parking. Street parking is available around the campus on the main streets.
