Lunch & Learn with John Maltbie
Maltbie will talk with students about his career path; what life is like
overseeing IP litigation and enforcement activities for some of the world’s
most famous luxury brands; and some of the significant trademark cases -- from
“Pooey Puitton” and “My Other Bag” to the warring Gucci’s and Gucci v. Guess? –
that he has handled over his career. We’ll leave plenty of time for
student questions, so email yours to Professor Roberts in advance or bring them
with you on the 29th.
