The University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law has been a powerhouse for nearly five decades, offering a top-ranked US legal education in global innovation and a world-renowned Intellectual Property Law program. Programs

 

Intellectual Property

Take advantage of one of the most comprehensive IP curricula in the country and immerse yourself in a broad range of cutting-edge IP issues. This program is offered in full-time residential and part-time online formats.

 

Commerce and Technology

This full-time residential program prepares students to practice in an evolving digital and data-driven economy with a focus on privacy law. 

 

International Criminal Law & Justice

This online LL.M. in transnational crimes addresses issues such as the expanding reach of domestic criminal statutes, crimes of war, human trafficking, international white-collar crime, and cybercrime.

 

Real-World Experience  

•    Experience hands-on learning through our Intellectual Property and Transaction Clinic and our International Technology Transfer Institute.
•    Learn from IP experts through immersive classroom experiences in locations like Silicon Valley, Las Vegas, and Hawaii.

Preparation for Success  

Academic Success Program: Workshops and individual sessions help students navigate assignments, midterms, and final exams.

Bar Prep: Support for how the bar exam looks, how and when to apply, eligibility requirements, and how to prepare. Students can take a preliminary exam to test their ability.

Career Services: Our Career Services office provides support with building resumes, writing cover letters, networking, and searching for jobs.

Global Alumni Network  

Alumni: Our alumni lead policy and practice at Fortune 500 companies, global law firms, and national governments. They are working at top companies such as Samsung, Microsoft, Disney, and leading IP infrastructure in countries like Brazil, China, India, Nigeria, and South Korea.
