Join us on Sept. 22 for a discussion focusing on The Jurisprudential Legacy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a new book examining Justice Ginsburg’s remarkable career, with a focus on the common themes and approaches underscoring her decisions across several subject matters. Contributing authors will discuss areas of the law in which Justice Ginsburg had an outsized interest or impact and which illustrate her long and celebrated judicial career.
