Abhishek Sharma is an intellectual property and business lawyer with over twenty years of legal practice spanning India and cross-border matters. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pulastya Legal, a law firm with offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi, advising startups, growth-stage businesses, multinational corporations, investors, and creative enterprises on intellectual property protection, technology transactions, commercial contracts, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Sharma holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property, Commerce, and Technology from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he now serves as an Affiliate Faculty member. He earned his LL.B. (Hons.) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Sharma is a regular speaker at universities, industry forums, and entrepreneurship platforms, delivering lectures on intellectual property, contract drafting, corporate law, emerging technologies, and business strategy.
