John Rabena is member of Sughrue Mion's Management Committee. He specializes in intellectual property litigation and has represented clients in a wide variety of technologies. He has tried cases in the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) as well as the U.S. District Courts.

In addition to litigation, he practice includes license negotiation, infringement and validity opinions, and patent prosecution.

Rabena also teaches trial skills seminars with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and Georgetown University.
