Stan Kowalski

Dr. Stanley P. Kowalski is a Senior Lecturer at the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law (UNH-Law). His primary teaching responsibilities include Hybrid JD Program Property, Graduate Program Contracts and courses and special topics which address technology transfer, intellectual property and international development.

Dr. Kowalski has authored numerous publications in the fields of agriculture, genetics, biochemistry, entomology and crop science, as well in intellectual property and technology transfer (e.g., the IP Handbook of Best Practices). He holds a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding from Cornell University and a J.D. from the Franklin Pierce Law Center (FPLC).
