From 2021 to 2022, Dana Remus served as Assistant to the President and White House Counsel for President Biden, leading the administration’s efforts in confirming Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson and advising on a range of policy initiatives. Prior to serving as White House counsel, she served as general counsel to the Biden-Harris campaign and general counsel of the Obama Foundation. She has also been a professor of law at several universities, including at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.
