In its most recent annual report on the nation’s fiscal health, the Government Accountability Office issued this warning: “The federal government faces an unsustainable long-term fiscal future.” Join The Concord Coalition and the Bipartisan Policy Center on January 19, 2024, 12:00 – 1:30 PM, for an online discussion on the fiscal future, including challenges facing the next administration, such as the rising national debt, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, taxes, general government spending, and more.
The online event will feature Concord Coalition Executive Director Bob Bixby and Rachel Snyderman, Director of Economic Policy at the Bipartisan Policy Center.
Following the presentation, attendees will have the chance to participate in a Q&A moderated by Laura Knoy, the Rudman Center’s interim director.
