We talk with UNH-Franklin Pierce Law Professor Seth Oranburg about how colleges and universities are reacting to the Trump Administration's threat to withdraw federal funding from schools that engage in speech that runs counter to its agenda on diversity, gender, inclusivity and anti-semitism. We explore the legal principles and political realities at stake. A graduate of the University of Chicago School of Law, Oranburg began his legal career as a congressional intern and became an antitrust paralegal at the Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLP in Washington, D.C., before applying to law school. It was at Chicago that he delved deeper into antitrust policy.
