Our guest is Tom Rath, a close Souter friend and colleague, and a former state Attorney General. He's founder of the prestigious NH firm Rath, Young, and Pignatelli. He’s also held high-level political roles with the Republican national party and serves on the Rudman Center Advisory Board.
