Panelists:
Anna Brown is Executive Director of the Warren B. Rudman Center for Justice, Leadership & Public Service and founding member of the New Hampshire Civic Learning Coalition. She is one of New Hampshire’s foremost experts on state government and policy.
Jonathan Kipp has served as Londonderry Town Manager since 2020. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration, both from UNH.
Brendan O’Donnell is the current Deputy Secretary of State for New Hampshire, and he previously led the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office Election Law Unit.
Dante Scala is Professor of Political Science at the University of New Hampshire and an expert on American elections and campaigns.

Mariana Galindo Marquez, Juris Doctor Candidate ’27 at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, will moderate the discussion. She is Symposium Editor of The University of New Hampshire Law Review and President of the Hispanic & Latinx Law Student Association (HLLSA).
