Richard Wilder is a consultant in the field of global health - in particular as a legal advisor. With past experience as General Counsel and Director, Legal and Business Development of CEPI and as Associate General Counsel in the Global Health Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Mr. Wilder has broad experience in supporting, building, and managing organizations and initiatives for the development and delivery of drugs, vaccines and diagnostics, in particular in low and middle-income countries.
