Seth Aframe

Since June 2007, Seth Aframe has been an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Hampshire. In that role, he handles appeals, criminal prosecutions and defends the government in civil actions. Prior to joining the US Attorney’s Office, Mr. Aframe was a law clerk to Judge Jeffrey Howard of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Before his clerkship with Judge Howard, Mr. Aframe practiced employment law at the Boston law firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart and clerked for Justice Judith A. Cowin of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Mr. Aframe graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown Law School in 1999. In addition to teaching at UNH Law, Mr. Aframe has taught legal writing at Boston University.
