On September 30, 2021, the New Hampshire Supreme Society’s King Series Lecture featured BU Professor Tracey Maclin, and Chief Justice Gordon MacDonald, discussing: Long Overdue: Fifth Amendment Protection for Corporate Officers (when responding to discovery requested of the corporation they serve). The event took place at the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

The King Lecture Series brings prominent national figures to New Hampshire to present on the evolving legal issues and controversies of our times. The Warren B. Rudman Center for Justice, Leadership & Public Service is pleased to co-sponsor the King Lecture Series.
