This year’s topic “COVID-19: Rights and Responsibilities” garnered many interesting submissions. We are pleased to be publishing three fascinating papers:

“The Law of Contagion: How the Historical Role of the Legal System in Responding to Infectious Disease Can Guide a Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic” by Michelle L. Richards, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law

“Signals Intelligence Oversight in Israel: COVID-19 Secret Service Location Tracking as a Test Case” by Amir Cahane, visiting scholar in The Federmann Cyber Security Research Center – Cyber Law Program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem

“Abortion Restrictions in Time of Pandemic at the Intersection of the 13th Amendment and Electoral Legislation” by Dr. Cynthia Boyer, Institut Maurice Hauriou, Universite Toulouse Capitole, France

The event will include brief presentations by each author and a Q & A session moderated by the UNH Law Review’s editorial board.
