Chase A. Hagaman is the deputy director at the Governor's Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery (GOFERR). At GOFERR, Hagaman helps manage a team responsible for facilitating, tracking, and reporting on federal COVID-19 relief funding allocated to the state through portions of the CARES Act, American Rescue Plan Act, and more.  

Prior to his work with GOFERR, Hagaman was the Director of Strategic Initiatives and New England regional director of The Concord Coalition and host of Concord's weekly radio show, "Facing the Future." Concord is a nonpartisan organization that educates on the importance of generationally-responsible federal fiscal policy.

Hagaman is a member of the New Hampshire Bar, received his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida. 

He invests his personal time in the community, including serving on the Portsmouth Zoning Board of Adjustment, Portsmouth Music and Arts Center Board of Directors, and more.
