John Greabe, constitutional law expert and Director of the Rudman Center, was quoted in the November 19, 2020, Washington Post article, “Rudy Giuliani Post-Electoral Meltdown Starts to Become Literal.” Professor Greabe weighed in on Alexander Hamilton’s Federalist 68 Essay, referenced during a press conference by Giuliani’s legal team, and then theorized that Giuliani’s purpose was to lay the groundwork for political intervention, which is a threat to our constitutional order.
