John Greabe

UNH Constitutional law professors John Greabe and Maggie Goodlander recently appeared together on NHPR’s The Exchange to talk about the life and legacy of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. They discussed her impact on the court, her early years in private practice, which paved the way for her appointment as the court’s second woman justice, and the political debate now unfolding to fill her seat.

Professor John Greabe is director of the Warren B. Rudman Center for Justice, Leadership & Public Service. Adjunct professor Maggie Goodlander is a former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
