The New Hampshire Institute for Civics Education, together with Constitutionally Speaking and the Warren B. Rudman Center, recently presented “A Conversation with Judge Merrick B. Garland.”
Maggie Goodlander, a Rudman Center advisory board member, adjunct professor of constitutional law at the UNH Law School, and former law clerk to Judge Garland, joined him in conversation.
